Cooperative Elementary
Students across all classes use manipulatives regularly to show their thinking and problem solving skills. In the Coho and Kokanee classes, we have been working on making ten, counting on, and skip counting. Using ones, tens, and hundreds blocks help bring numbers to life and reinforce place value concepts.
Celebrating the season with Cedar Play School kiddos! The Story of How the Apples Got Stars Within by Madge Bigham led us in exploring apples through baking and art. Cedar Playschool meets Friday mornings and we still have spots available in this sweet little class!
Social emotional learning is important at the Bridge School. Every Tuesday morning we meet as an entire school community to talk about how to grow in this way.
